1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website and booking tours or packages with Soulpath Holiday, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Booking and Payments
A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the specified advance payment. The remaining balance must be paid before the departure date as outlined in your specific itinerary. We reserve the right to cancel bookings if payments are not made on time.
3. Pricing and Taxes
All prices listed on the website are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in currency exchange rates, airline tariffs, or local taxes. Final quoted prices will include GST and TCS as mandated by the Government of India.
4. Itinerary Changes
While we make every effort to execute itineraries as planned, Soulpath Holiday reserves the right to make modifications due to weather conditions, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will endeavor to provide suitable alternatives of similar quality.
5. Liability
Soulpath Holiday acts solely as an agent for the airlines, hotels, transport operators, and local guides. We shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage to person or property in connection with any accommodation, transportation, or other services, resulting directly or indirectly from acts of God, dangers, fire, breakdown in machinery, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferages, epidemics, medical or custom department regulations, defaults, or any other causes beyond our control.
